I hadn't been able to take my car to the dealer after receiving a notice about a recall (an issue with the passenger airbag), especially because we only have one car at home and I had to leave it there for a couple of days. Tiffany, my advisor, made sure that she had a car available that I could use, and took care of my car to be fixed, not only from the recall, but also from another issue. Her team took care of everything and returned my car in a timely manner.
